Shambaugh & Son hires five
Shambaugh & Son has announced the hiring of the following personnel:
Adam Veeley as warehouse administrative assistant; Rhoenia Leavitt as data entry; Patrick Berger as engineer; Kenny Narramore as ASG engineer; and Colton Anderson as havel warehouse assistant.
Trine names Warren finance vice president
Trine University named Kayla Warren as its new vice president of finance.
Warren, a 2006 Trine alumni, previously served as assistant vice president for finance at Trine since 2020. She joined Trine as controller in 2016.
She replaced Jody Greer, who retired as vice president of finance at the end of June after 19 years with the university.
In her role, Warren will be responsible for the university’s financial planning, budgeting and reports, accounting and business operations and audits. She will work with university leadership to develop strategic plans and policies.
Her regular responsibilities will include directing the university’s budget development process, monitoring annual revenue and expenditures as well as future financial commitments, overseeing university investment activities and monitoring contractual relationships. In addition to the Business Office, she will oversee Campus Operations and the Thunder Ice Arena manager.
Warren was named to the board of the Steuben County Community Foundation in 2019. She lives in Steuben County with her husband, Noah, who serves as Trine’s head men’s and women’s golf coach, and their two children.
She earned her bachelor of science in business administration with a major in accounting from Trine and completed additional coursework to meet the requirements for the certified public accountant exam at Purdue University in 2007. She has been a CPA in Indiana since 2010.
Julie Goodwin joins Trine staff
Trine University has named Julie Goodwin as its new executive director of corporate and foundation relations.
In her new role, Goodwin, who previously served the university as director of corporate partnerships, will now identify and develop corporate partnerships to support the strategic enrollment growth of the university and maximize philanthropic support from corporations, government sources and foundations through grants and contracts to support the university’s academic priorities.
Reusser Design has three hires
Reusser Design has hired the following:
Brittany Halferty as content strategist. She has expertise in web design, digital marketing, and content development. Formerly with Ruoff Home Mortgage as the digital marketing manager, she is known for specializing in content marketing and web analytics to create great experiences for her clients. She will help create data-driven websites and marketing decisions to drive performance for clients.
Anna Rudicel as senior digital strategist. Her previous experience as the marketing director for Cyclone Social and social media marketing manager for Vera Bradley equip her with expertise in social media, digital marketing, and creative campaigns that will help generate value and demand for our clients.
Andrew Culbertson as content strategist. As the former digital marketing coordinator for Surestep LLC and marketing analyst for Into the Wild Marketing, he is familiar with the fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Conrad Slaughter joins Crossroad Child & Family Services
Conrad Slaughter has been named the new director of children’s services at Crossroad Child & Family Services.
In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the residential programs Crossroad offers to help kids in need. He brings many years of experience working with youth, and is certified as a Credentialed Sexually Abusive Youth Professional through IN-AJSOP. He also graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Ball State University.
