Dozens of police officers rushed to Glenbrook Square on Nov. 27, Black Friday, after people erroneously reported shots were fired inside the mall. No evidence of shots fired was found, but police did confirm there was an altercation inside the east end of the mall and a gun fell to the floor.
Numerous Fort Wayne Police Department officers, including its SWAT team, were called to Glenbrook Square around 3 p.m. Nov. 27 after a gun fell to the ground during a brawl, according to an FWPD spokesman.
