IPFW appoints new vice chancellor

Wendy Kobler was named vice chancellor for advancement at Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne, the school announced.

She will be responsible for development, marketing and alumni relations at the university. She worked for four years as vice president of marketing, communication and advancement at Alabama A&M University in Huntsville, Ala., where she also was a member of the president's executive cabinet and advised the school's board of trustees.
